Did you know?
Tennessee Williams wrote of the Negroni in his plays, and James Bond was known to enjoy one himself. The Negroni is one of the most celebrated cocktails in the classic drinks canon, and with good reason. The bracing bitterness of the Campari balances impeccably with the sweet herbaceousness of the vermouth, and with a firm backbone of Brooklyn Gin to give it structure, this drink may be the greatest way to begin the evening.
2 oz Brooklyn Gin
1 oz sweet vermouth (we love Cocchi Vermouth di Torino here)
1 oz Campari
Stir with ice, serve either in a cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass, and garnish with a large slice of orange peel twisted over the glass.
