Negroni

Ingredients

• 2 oz Brooklyn Gin
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz Campari

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a long, trimmed orange peel.
